Jordan Frazier

Home Town: Fredonia, NY

Jordan is a current member of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, having performed with them since 1993. He is also currently a member of the American Composers Orchestra, Westchester Philharmonic and the American Symphony Orchestra. He has performed with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, New York City Opera, American Ballet Theater and others. He has also performed with the Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra, both in Toronto and at the Klang und Raum Festival in Bavaria. Recording credits include Sony Classical, Harmonium Mundi, Nonesuch and others. Jordan received his musical training at the Interlochen Arts Academy and the Manhattan School of Music. He is currently on the faculty of Mannes College of Music and The New School for Social Research.
