How we’re making a difference in the community

• Community Access – In 2005 the Carmel Bach Festival established partnerships with local youth and service groups to share what the Festival offers with those who may have less access.  The program allows free access to both main and chamber concerts. Former recipients of tickets include Marina Senior Center, Upward Bound, Santa Catalina Summer Program, Carmel Foundation, Boys and Girls Clubs, Oldemeyer Center, Youth Music Monterey, and Monterey Senior Center.

• Church services – Throughout the month of July, Carmel Bach Festival instrumentalists and vocalists are engaged to perform during the services of many local churches.
